I'm one of those fans that doesn't see what she did as babyish or divaish, another word I've seen used to describe her pulling out. I see it as her giving others a chance because as much as I love Grey's, Izzie didn't do much this year, and the show as a whole wasn't up to the standard it had set in the first few seasons.
