Heigl filming ‘The Ugly Truth’
Katherine Heigl is currently filming her next romantic comedy, “The Ugly Truth” in Winchester, Calif.
According to www.themovieinsider.com , the film is about: “A romantically challenged morning show producer who is reluctantly embroiled in a series of outrageous tests by her chauvinistic correspondent to prove his theories on relationships and help her find love. His clever ploys, however, lead to an unexpected result.”
Co-stars in the film include: Gerard Butler, Eric Winter, Nick Searcy, Bree Turner, Cheryl Hines, John Michael Higgins and Kevin Connolly.
The Sony Pictures release is directed by Robert Luketic (of “21,” “Monster-in-Law” and “Win a Date with Tad Hamilton”). The expected release date is April 2009.
I loved “27 Dresses” and am looking forward to seeing Heigl in another successful chick-flick.
