Just a couple of episodes left this season and I am eagerly anticipating how things conclude (or not).
Here’s a preview (and a few thoughts from myself) on tonight’s episode “Losing My Mind”:
Meredith will be forced to make a decision on continuing her therapy with Dr. Wyatt and apparently has a moment with her sister, Lexi, which helps her decide. Nothing brings out the need for therapy like family issues.
McSteamy had an introspective moment last week and plans to change his life, which looks to be pretty comedic. I have been pleased with the way writers have developed McSteamy’s character. I mean eventually he had to realize he WAS a man-whore and come to that point where he needs to change his life.
Alex will learn the truth about Rebecca’s medical condition, and according to previews, it looks as though the situation puts a strain on the Alex-Izzie friendship (or whatever that is between them — they do have a history, after all).

Grey’s writer Joan Rater posted the following blog on www.greyswriters.com about the Season 4 Finale:
“OH MY GOD!!!! I just saw some stuff that was shot for the Season Four Finale (that Shonda wrote) and it’s soooooo good. I don’t mean to torment you and I really wish I could tell you all the cool things that are going to happen, and you should know the great restraint it’s taking me not to give you even the tiniest little hint of what’s to come (keep an eye on that champagne bottle from 5/8’s episode) because I have a big mouth and am really bad at keeping secrets so I can really relate to Izzie in this episode.”
